Restoration » 1923 Ford Model T
The History of the Model T
It would be regarded as the first affordable automobile ever sold and a successful one at that. Selling over 2,000,000 at just $364 in 1925.
Offered in many body styles the Model T, also known as "Tin Lizzie", could come in 2 seat or 5 seat accommodations.
All mounted on a 100 inch wheelbase chassis and until 1925 they were all offered in only one color, which was black. Leading to Ford's famous quote, "Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants, so long as it's black!".
With a simple and efficient four cylinder engine and a detachable head cylinder for easy access and repairs, making it the most practical and durable conceived vehicle built by Henry Ford.

We completely took this delicate build apart to repaint and overhaul a lot of the components. To make a refreshed modern day Model T just as it would have come off the assembly line almost 100 years ago.
